Hi, I'm Emma

At Talk with Em, I understand the weight of carrying anxieties around on your own. Its exhausting. And you may have reached the point where you just need to talk. I'm so glad that you've found my therapy service. That heaviness can start to feel lifted today.


My approach is person-centred and experiential therapy, which means that your unique experiences and feelings are at the heart of our work together. Whether it's in person, online, walking, or a hybrid approach, we'll find a style that works for you. 


Taking the first step into mental health support can be daunting, but my job is to ensure that you feel at ease. During our free consultation, we’ll discuss the therapy process, find a start date that works best for you, and outline how we will be working together.
